Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Football Holdings ("we", "us") for using the Football Holdings game and this website. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Who can play

You must be 18 or older. You may have one account, and the details you give us must be your own and true.

2. The game

You manage a football club in a simulated league. Matches are simulated on our servers and the results are final. Clubs, players, market values and competitions exist only inside the game. We may change game rules, schedules and features to keep the game fair and working, and we will tell you in the app about changes that matter.

3. Your wallet

• You may fund your wallet with between ₦1,000 and ₦20,000 per deposit.
• Your wallet is used in the transfer market, where managers exchange players. When the two players differ in market value, the manager receiving the more valuable player pays the difference to the other manager.
• We charge a platform fee on the cash difference in an exchange. The fee is taken from the manager who receives the money, and is shown before the exchange is confirmed.
• There is no betting on match results and we pay no cash prizes for winning matches.

4. Withdrawals

• Only trading profit can be withdrawn: the money you have received from player exchanges, less what you have paid for them and what you have already withdrawn. Deposited money is for use in the game and cannot be withdrawn.
• You must verify your identity with your National Identification Number (NIN) first. One NIN can verify only one account.
• Withdrawals are paid to a Nigerian bank account in your own name.
• You may make one withdrawal request every 7 days. The minimum is ₦1,000.
• Every request is reviewed by our team before it is paid. We may decline a request if we cannot confirm your identity or if these terms have been broken.

5. Deposits and refunds

A deposit is final once it has been added to your wallet. If you were charged and your wallet was not credited, or you were charged twice, contact us and we will correct it.

6. Fair play

You must not use more than one account, arrange exchanges or results with other managers to move money or gain an unfair advantage, use software to automate play, or try to interfere with the game or other accounts. We may suspend or close an account that does, and withhold withdrawals linked to that conduct.

7. Inactive accounts

If you do not sign in for 360 days, your club may be taken over by another manager. You lose only the club and its squad. Your account and your wallet, with its full balance, remain yours, and you can still withdraw any trading profit under section 4. If your club is taken this way, your identity verification is released, so you will need to verify again before withdrawing.

8. Our responsibility

We work to keep the game available and accurate, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. Market values of players in the game go down as well as up, and you may lose money you spend in the transfer market. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Nigerian law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
